Booking & Cancellation
Payment
- Payment is due in full at your appointment. Please pay by cash.
- No deposit or online payment is taken when you book.
- The treatment price is displayed on the treatments page and before you confirm your booking.
Arrival
- Please arrive on time.
- Please arrive without mascara or eye makeup and avoid oil-based products around the eyes on the day of your appointment.
Late arrivals
- Arrivals of more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment.
- Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via the confirmation email.
- Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
Missed appointments
- Missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility and may require pre-payment for the next appointment.
Patch tests, allergies & sensitivities
- A patch test may be required at least 48 hours in advance for new clients or those with sensitive eyes.
- Please disclose allergies, previous reactions or medical conditions before your appointment.
Aftercare
- Avoid water, steam and heat for 24 hours.
- Cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam and avoid oil-based products.
- Brush gently with a clean spoolie and never rub or pick your lashes.
Deposits & refunds
- Deposits are not currently required. Payment is taken in cash at the appointment.
- Treatments already carried out are non-refundable.
